Ching-Sung Wang was born in Taipei, Taiwan, in 1956. He received the Electronic Engineering M.S. degree from the Chung Yuan Christian University and the Ph.D. degree in computer-aided design from the National Taiwan University, in 1987 and 1998, respectively, with a major in analog-integrated circuit design. Wang is currently an Associated Professor at the Department of Electronic Engineering at the Oriental Institute of Technology and also a Director of Health-Care Technology and Research Center at the same institute. His current interests are to develop health-care information system and biomedical instrumentation.
