Abdon Atangana

Abdon Atangana, was born in Cameroon, Attended his undergrade at the university of Yaounde 1 where he obtained his bachelor degree in pure mathematics. He moved to South Africa to follow up his post grade at the university of the Free State. He obtained his Honours degree and master degree in the department of applied mathematics with distintion. He obtained his PhD in applied mathematics at the Institute for groundwater Studies, at the University of the Free State, South Africa. He is serving as editor of some international journals and also reviewer of more than 20 internationals accredited journals. He has been lead and guest editor of some special issues. He has presented and participated in more than 10 international conferences. His research interests are Methods and Applications of partial and ordinary differential equations - Fractional differential equations - Perturbations methods - Asymptotics methods - iterative methods and groundwater modelling.
