Magnus Sandell
Magnus Sandell received an M.S. degree in
electrical engineering and a Ph.D. degree
in signal processing from Luleå University
of Technology, Sweden, in 1990 and 1996,
respectively. He spent six months as a Research
Assistant with the Division of Signal
Processing at the same university before
joining Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies,
Swindon, UK, in 1997. In 2002, he joined
Toshiba Research Europe Ltd., Bristol, UK,
where he is working as a Chief Research Fellow. His research interests
include signal processing and digital communications theory.
Currently, his focus is on multiple-antenna systems and space-time
decoding.
