Jennifer L. Steel

Jennifer L. Steel received a Ph.D. degree. She serves an Associate Professor of surgery and psychiatry and Director of the Center for Excellence in Behavioral Medicine, University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Steel has over a decade of clinical and research experience working in the area of end-stage liver disease and hepatobiliary carcinoma. Her research has focused on randomized controlled trials testing interventions to improve quality of life and psychoneuroimmunology.
