Jesús Simal Gándara

Jesús Simal Gándara is a Full Professor in nutrition and food science at the University of Vigo, Spain (born 1966) and acts both as AB-Centre’s Coordinator and EJEAFChe’s Editor-in-Chief. He obtained his M.S. degree in pharmacy with a specialization in nutrition and food science as well as a Ph.D. degree in the same field from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Galicia, Spain in 1989 and 1991, respectively. Professor Gándara is a Visiting Researcher at Laboratoire de Chimie Analytique II (Professor Mahuzier and Dr. Becue), Faculté des Sciences Pharmaceutiques et Biologiques, Université de Paris-Sud, Chatenay-Malabry, France (1990, 6 months); Department of Chemistry (Professor Thomas B.
