Rong-Gen Cai

Rong G. Cai received his Ph.D. degree from the Fudan University, China, in June, 1995. As a Postdoc or Research Fellow, he spent six years at the Institute of Theoretical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, the Center for Theoretical Physics, Seoul National University, Seoul, Republic of Korea, and the Department of Physics, Osaka University, Osaka, Japan, respectively. In June 2001, he joined the Institute of Theoretical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is particularly interested in black hole physics, holographic properties of gravitation, cosmology of early universe, dark energy, and AdS/CFT correspondence and its applications in various areas. His research interests include gravitation and cosmology.
