Takashi Mino

Takashi Mino received his B.S. (1993) and Ph.D. degrees (1998) from Doshisha University under the supervision of Professor Masakazu Yamashita. He joined Chiba University as an Assistant Professor in 1998 and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2008. He worked as a Visiting Scholar with Professor B. M. Trost at Stanford University from 2001 to 2002. He received the Takasago Award in Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Japan, in 2004. His current research interests include organic synthesis, organometallic chemistry, asymmetric synthesis, and catalytic synthesis.
