Hans U. Boden

Hans U. Boden earned his Ph.D. degree from Brandeis University under the supervision of Daniel Ruberman. He held positions at the University of Michigan and Ohio State University, and he is presently among the faculty at McMaster University, where he is serving as the Chair of the Department of Mathematics and Statistics. His research interests include gauge theory, low-dimensional topology, moduli spaces, and character varieties.
