Zhiming Zhou received his B.S. degree in 1998 followed by his M.S. degree in 2001 in chemical engineering from Sichuan University, Sichuan, China. In 2004, he obtained his Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering from East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST) under the cosupervision of Professor Weikang Yuan and Professor Zhenmin Cheng. In the same year, he joined the Department of Chemical Engineering at ECUST. He did a postdoctoral stay in 2008 with Professor Guy B. Marin at the Ghent University, Belgium. Dr. Zhou currently works as a Professor of chemical engineering at ECUST. His research interests include heterogeneous catalysis, reaction kinetics, porous solids, and renewable energy.
