Beatriz Junquera received her M.S. degree in economics and management from the Universidad de Oviedo (Oviedo, Spain) in 1991 and her Ph.D. degree in economics and management from the same university in 1994. She teaches in the Universidad de Oviedo since 1991 and since 2010 she serves as a Professor of Management. She has also participated as a Visitant Professor in several masters and seminars in different Spanish universities. Junquera has published more than 200 papers in specialized journals with anonymous reviewing processes. Among them, more than twenty-five papers have been published in journal citations report journals. She has published two research books in national editorials and international one, and five national chapters and six international ones in editorials with a high prestige. Likewise, she has published five books and one chapter for teaching, all of them in national editorials with a high prestige. She has also shown the main results of her research in divulging journals. In the last years her research works have received funding from different public and private bodies, in this case for university-industry cooperation activities. Her research activity has obtained three six-year research credits from the Ministry of Education in Spain. Junquera has also cooperated as a reviewer in different national and international journals, a good number of them in the Journal Citations Report. Her fields of specialization include technology and innovation management, environmental management, human resource management, political leadership, leadership in business, organizational justice, social corporate responsibility, entrepreneurship, female entrepreneur, quality management, industrial clusters, and teaching-learning in management.
