L. Pap
László Pap graduated in 1967 from the
Telecommunication Branch of the Electrical
Engineering Faculty at the Technical University
of Budapest. He received the candidate
of sciences and the academic doctor of
sciences degrees in 1980 and 1992, respectively.
Since 1992, he has been a Professor
and Head of the Telecommunications Department,
and since 1994, he has been the
dean of the Electrical Engineering and Informatics
Faculty. His main interest includes communication theory,
encoding, modulation, synchronization, further mobile communications,
and the theory of modern telecommunication systems.
