Fateme Moradi received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Isfahan University of Technology, Isfahan, Iran, in 2001, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Oslo, Oslo, Norway. From 2006 to 2008, he was a Senior Lecturer in Ilam University, Ilam, Iran. From October 2009 to January 2011, he worked at the Nanoelectronic Laboratory, Purdue University in West Lafayette, USA. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Integrated Circuit and Electronics Laboratory, Department of Engineering at Aarhus University, Denmark. His current research interests include ultralow-power digital circuit/memory design for biomedical applications, nanodevice, ultrathin film device, and high-performance, robust, and reliable circuit design. He is a Reviewer of several top journals such as IEEE-TED, TVLSI, JSSC, and ACM-TECS. He has published about 40 journal/conference scientific publications.
