Ahmed S. Fahmy obtained a bachelor and
a Master degrees in biomedical engineering
from Cairo University, Egypt, in 1997
and 2001, respectively. In August 2001, he
moved to the United States where he joined
the Electrical and Computer Engineering
Department in Johns Hopkins University,
Maryland, USA, as a Research Assistant. He
got a Master degree in electrical engineering
from Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Fahmy
is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Electrical and Computer Engineering
Department, Johns Hopkins University. His current research
interests include multidimensional signal processing, pulse
sequence programming, and MR cardiac imaging.
