Antonino Staiano received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Salerno, Salerno, Italy, in 2004, and the M.S. degree in computer science from the same university in 1997. Staiano works as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Science and Technology, Parthenope University of Naples, Naples, Italy, since 2007. Staiano’s research interests include machine learning, statistical pattern recognition, computational intelligence, data mining, bioinformatics, wireless sensor networks, and Internet of Things.
