Roland Krause

Roland Krause earned his B.S. degree in biotechnology from the University of Applied Sciences, Mannheim, in 1999. He worked at Lion Bioscience AG and Cellzome AG in Heidelberg until 2004. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from the University of Heidelberg in 2004. He has served as a Research fellow at the Max-Planck Institute for Molecular Biology, Berlin, since and 2005, and since 2008, he was appointed in a joint position at the Free University of Berlin. His research interests are the evolution of gene regulation and translation.
