José Alberto Luna López received his B.S. degree in electromechanical engineering from Technologic Institute of Apizaco, Tlaxcala, Mexico, in 1991, M.S. degree in the Science Institute-Center of Investigation in Semiconductors Devices (IC-CIDS) from Autonomous University of Puebla (BUAP), Puebla, Mexico, in 2002, and Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electronic of the National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics (INAOE) in Puebla, Mexico. He is currently a Researcher and Professor in the Center of Investigation in Semiconductors Devices (CIDS) from Autonomous University of Puebla (BUAP), Mexico. He started to work on structural, electrical, and optical characterization of nanostructure materials and MOS structures. His research interest is the physics and technology of materials nanostructures and semiconductor devices. Moreover, his research interests are also the nanoscience, nanotechnology, material characterization, optoelectronics devices such as sensor and LED’s and solar cells.
