Xiangyu Meng

Xiangyu Meng was born in JiLin Province, China, in 1982. He received the B.E. degree in information and science computing from Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China, in 2006. He is pursuing the M.S. degree in control science and engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China. His research interests include robust filtering for uncertain systems, time-delay systems, and two-dimensional systems.
