Qi-Ru Wang received the B.S. degree in mathematics from Henan University, Kaifeng, China in 1987; the M.S. degree in mathematics from Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China in 1990; the Ph.D. degree in mathematics from the Institute of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China in 2001. He was a Postdoc Fellow at the Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China, from 2001 to 2003. He joined the Department of Mathematics, Luoyang Normal University, Luoyang, China in 1990, where he became an Associate Professor in 1997. He then joined the School of Mathematics and Computational Science, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China in 2003, where he became a Professor in 2006. Wang?s research areas include functional differential equations, dynamic equations on time scales, and their applications. He is the author and coauthor of over 50 research articles.
