Peter A. Fasching

Peter Fasching is an Assisstant Professor of gynecologic oncology and the Head of Clinical Trial Unit at University Hospital Erlangen, Erlangen, Germany. His main research areas include breast cancer, gynecologic cancer, and chemotherapy-induced emesis. He is the key investigator of several multicentered trials on the use of combined modality treatment and targeted therapy in breast cancer, and the identification of genetic subtype of population that are at risk of chemotherapy-induced emesis. Dr. Fasching has published more than 50 papers and abstracts mostly in breast cancer.
