Hai Zhang obtained his B.S. degree from the Anqing Normal University, Anqing, China, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Anhui University, Hefei, China, all in mathematics/applied mathematics, in 1999, 2007, and 2010, respectively. Since 2009, he has been working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Mathematics, Anqing Normal University, Anqing, China. Currently, he serves as a Postdoc Research Fellow at the Department of Mathematics and Research Center for Complex Systems and Network Sciences, Southeast University, Nanjing, China. His research interests include the theory of functional differential equations, control theory, stability theory, and fractional-order systems.
