P. Q. Khanh
Phan Q. Khanh received his B.S. degree in 1968 from the University of Hanoi. Then, he gained a Ph.D. degree in 1978 and a D.S. degree in 1988, both from the Institute of Mathematics, Polish Academy of Sciences. He served as an Associate Professor in 1984 and as a Full Professor in 1992. Currently, he is the President of the International University of Hochiminh City, the Head of Section of Optimization and System Theory, University of Natural Sciences of Hochiminh City. His fields of interest are optimality conditions, nonsmooth and vector optimization, solution existence, stability and methodology for equilibrium problems and variational inequalities, variational principles, and duality.
