Francesco Izzo serves as a Surgeon on staff: Chief of Hepatobiliary Surgery Section, National Cancer Institute “G. Pascale” Foundation, Naples, Italy. He has a license from Italy and European Community: unrestricted license. He served at Texas State Board of Medical examiners as a Visiting Professor, permit number 26245, and he had a residency in general and emergency surgery and surgical oncology. He had a fellowship in surgical oncology from the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston. He works as a Teaching Professor of surgery at the University of Naples and a Teaching Professor of Surgery at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He is in charge for research projects in oncology at the ITN, and Superior Institute of Health, Italy. He authored 18 books and 210 of both original articles and abstracts, published in refereed national and international journals.
