Roberto Gorrieri

Roberto Gorrieri is a Professor of computer
science in the Department of Computer Science,
University of Bologna, Italy. He received
the Laurea and the Ph.D. degrees in
computer science, both from the University
of Pisa, Italy, in 1986 and 1991, respectively.
From 1992 to 2000, he was an Associate Professor
of computer science at the University
of Bologna. Roberto Gorrieri is a member
of the European Association for Theoretical
Computer Science and Chairman of IFIP WG 1.7 on Theoretical
Foundations of Security. His research interests include theory of
concurrent and distributed systems, formal method for security,
and real-time and performance evaluation.
