User Biography : Prof Xuan Peng Xuan Peng received an Bachelor degree in Organic Chemical Engineering in 1997 from Xiangtan University in Hunan (China) and an Master degree in Chemical Engineering from the Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology in Beijing (China). He received in 2005 PhD in Chemical Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology (China). He was a lecturer at College of Information Science of Beijing University of Chemical Technology (China) from 2006-2008, and Associate Professor from 2009-2013. In 2012 Xuan Peng was a visiting scholar at Berend Smit group of University of California, Berkeley. Since 2005 he is a referee of Langmuir, Chemical Engineering Journal, Journal of Chemical Engineering Data, The European Physical Journal B, Journal Natural Gas Chemistry, Environmental Science & Technology, Separation Science and Technology, Acta Physico-Chimica Sinica. Xuan Peng's research focusses on the carbon dioxide capture application of novel adsorptive materials with molecular simulation techniques.
