Vin Tangpricha

Vin Tangpricha received his M.D. degree from Tufts University, Mass, USA, and his Ph.D. degree from Boston University, Mass, USA. His Ph.D. thesis investigated the role of vitamin D in colon cancer. Dr. Tangpricha has been conducting investigations in clinical and basic vitamin D research for the past 10 years. His current interests in vitamin D include the role of vitamin D in hypertension and in the immune system. He is also interested in improving vitamin D status in patients with malabsorptive diseases such as cystic fibrosis.
