Chih-Hsiang Leng serves as an Associate Investigator at the National Institute of Infectious Diseases and Vaccinology, National Health Research Institutes. He received a Ph.D. degree (1998) from the Department of Life Science, National Defense Medical Center; M.S. degree (1990) from the Department of Life Science, National Tsing-Hua University; B.S. degree (1988) from the Department of Physics National Tsing-Hua University. His major interest is to develop the subunit vaccines with intrinsic adjuvant properties. Currently, he has been developing a novel lipoprotein expression system and now is validating the efficacy of the lipoimmunogens on the selected targets such as dengue viral infection, pneumococcal infection, and human papillomavirus associated tumor.
