Marco Leo

Marco Leo was born in Gallipoli, Italy, in 1974. He received an Honors degree in computer science engineering from the University of Salento, Lecce, Italy, in 2001. Leo serves as a Researcher at the National Research Council of Italy (CNR), and the Institute of Intelligent Systems for Automation (ISSIA) in Bari, Italy. His main research interests include the fields of image processing, image analysis, computer vision, pattern recognition, digital signal processing, neural networks, graphical models, wavelet transform, and independent component analysis. Leo authored more than 100 papers in national and international journals. He is reviewer for international journals and a member of the scientific committees of several international conferences.
