Steven O'Keefe
Steven O'Keefe was born in Australia. He received his Ph.D. degree from Griffith University in the area of electromagnetic emissions from rock fracture. Currently, he is employed at Griffith University where he is the Deputy Head of The Engineering School. His research interests include antenna design, in particular for mobile applications, dielectric antennas and resonators, wireless sensors, and wireless communication in difficult environments. He is the coinventor of a technology used to commence a spin-out company, Antenova, in the UK. Dr. O'Keefe is also currently the Deputy Director of the Centre for Wireless Monitoring and Applications.
