Matthias Schmid

Matthias Schmid serves as a Researcher at the Department of Biometry and Epidemiology at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nüremberg, Germany. He received a Diploma (2004) and a Ph.D. degree (2007) in statistics from the University of Munich, Germany. In 2012, he received his habilitation from the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nüremberg. His research interests include statistical learning and regression methods in biostatistics.
