Zang H. Shon
Zang H. Shon was born in Busan, Korea, in 1966. He received the M.S. degree in oceanography and the Ph.D. degree in atmospheric science from the Texas A&M University, Tex, USA, and the Georgia Institute of Technology, in 1994 and 1999, respectively. Since 2000, he has been a Faculty Member at the Department of Environmental Engineering, Dong-Eui University. From 2000 to 2010, Shon was an Associate Professor at the same university. Presently, he is a Professor. He is mainly interested in air pollution modeling related to photochemistry of sulfur, mercury, and ozone. From 2006 to 2007, he visited the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR, USA) as a Visiting Scholar and got fellowship from NCAR. Currently, he is an Editorial Board Member of the Korean Society for Atmospheric Environment.
