Georgios Veronis

Georgios Veronis received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Athens, Greece, in 1997, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University, Stanford, CA, USA, in 1999 and 2002, respectively. He was an engineering Research Associate at the Ginzton Laboratory at Stanford University. He joined Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA, USA, in 2008, where he is currently an Associate Professor jointly at the School of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science and the Center for Computation & Technology. His research interests include the theoretical analysis of nanophotonic and plasmonic devices and computational electromagnetics.
