Miguel Ascon serves as a President CEO of BriJen Biotech, LLC, Baltimore, Md, USA. He worked as Faculty Member at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and both at the Center for Vaccine Development and Institute of Human Virology of University of Maryland. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Technology University of Compiegne, France. His expertise areas include infectious diseases, molecular and live vaccines, ischemia reperfusion injury, molecular diagnosis in complex samples, and xenobiotic molecules degradation.
