Elena Simona Lohan

Simona Lohan obtained her Ph.D. degree in wireless communications from Tampere University of Technology, Tampere, Finland. She also graduated with an M.Sc. in electrical engineering from “Politehnica” University of Bucharest, Romania and with a DEA (French equivalent of master’s degree) in econometrics from Ecole Polytechnique, Paris, France. She is currently leading the research activities in signal processing for wireless communications in the Department of Communications Engineering, TUT, Tampere, Finland. She has about 80 international journals and conferences papers related to CDMA-based signal processing in navigation and communications.
