Henry David is a recipient of the M.D. degree and is a FACEP. He was born in 1973 in Columbia Missouri. He graduated from the University of Missouri with honors in biological sciences in 1997. He attended the University of Missouri School of Medicine from 1997 to 2001. He completed a transitional year internship at the St. Joseph's Medical center in Syracuse, NY, USA, from 2001 to 2002 and an emergency medicine residency at the SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, NY, USA, from 2002 to 2005. He served as Chief Resident from 2004 to 2005. David has been an Assistant Professor of emergency medicine at the University of Missouri - Columbia from 2005 until present. He has severed as the Director of the student elective in emergency medicine as well as Course Director for residents in emergency medicine since 2006. He has also served as Emergency Medicine Interest Group Sponsor, Ambulatory Care Experience Course Preceptor / Coordinator for emergency medicine, Emergency Medicine 4th Year Medical Student Elective Coordinator, Advice, Support and Career Planning Program (ASC) Advisor, and Emergency Medicine Department Faculty Journal Club Coordinator.
