Bosiljka Tadić
User Biography : Prof Bosiljka Tadic Bosiljka Tadic is a full professor of theoretical physics at Jozef Stefan Institute Ljubljana and has worked and taught in different European countries in the last three decades. Her research in statistical physics focuses on theoretical and numerical study of complex dynamical system, stochastic processes on complex networks, and numerical modelling of functional multi-scale materials. By developing the appropriate numerical algorithms based on statistical physics and graph theory and combined with the computer science methods, with her research team she is currently investigating processes of self-assembly and self-organization, and methods of finding structures in large-scale datasets of techno-social interactions at Web portals.
