Patrick Doty

Patrick Doty received the B.S. degree in chemistry, California Polytechnic; Ph.D. degree in materials science, University of Virginia. His interests include materials and devices for radiation detection, including semiconductors (CdTe, CZT, HgCdTe, organic semiconductors) and scintillators (lanthanide halides, traditional inorganics, and organic materials).
