Bennett Palmer

Bennett Palmer received his Ph.D. degree in 1986 from Stanford University, CA, USA, under the direction of Robert Osserman. His research involves applications of the calculus of variations to differential geometry, particularly applications to submanifolds of Euclidean and Loretzian spaces. Palmer is currently a full Professor of mathematics at Idaho State University, ID, USA.
