Mostefa Mesbah

Mostefa Mesbah received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering (in the area of automatic control systems) from the University of Colorado, Boulder, CO, USA. He is currently a Senior Researcher at the Signal Processing Research Centre (SPRC), Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia, leading a biomedical engineering project that deals with the automatic detection and classification of newborn EEG seizures. His research interests include biomedical signal processing, time-frequency signal processing, signal detection and classification, 3D shape reconstruction from image sequences, and intelligent control systems.
