Daniel Howard
Daniel Howard received a B.S. degree in
chemical engineering from Lafayette College,
an M.S. degree in chemical engineering
from Swansea University, and his Ph.D.
degree from the Civil Engineering Department
of Swansea University. He is a former
Research Fellow of Pembroke College
and the Numerical Analysis Group of Oxford
University. Employed at QinetiQ in the
United Kingdom (the former Defence Research
Agency), he is a Company Fellow, and he is pursuing research
in signal processing, bioinformatics, and evolutionary computation.
