Mansing A. Anuse
Mansing A. Anuse is a Professor in the Department of Chemistry, Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. He received his B.S. degree with university level first rank in 1977 and was awarded First Prize at the Shantiniketan Mahavidyalaya, Sangli, Maharashtra, India. Later, he completed his M.S. degree with a specialization in inorganic chemistry in 1979 and his Ph.D. degree in chemistry in 1982. During his research, he was awarded Junior Research Fellowship by CSIR, New Delhi in the year January 1980–August 1982. He has honored by World Gold Council, UK (London) for the excellent research paper on rapid extraction of gold published in Gold Bulletin vol.34 (2) 50-55 (2001). In recognition of this contribution, he received an honorarium of £300 (Rs. 21, 000/-). He has highly activate and successfully worked as a Coordinator, Department of Agrochemicals and Pest Management, Shivaji University, Kolhapur and Department of Industrial Chemistry, Shivaji University, Kolhapur, India. He is the Chairman of many Board of Studies of the Department of Chemistry of various universities. His areas of interest in environmental analytical chemistry include solvent extraction and liquid chromatography. He has consultancies with social as well as many companies. He is a Referee of Talanta, Separation and Purification Technology. He visited Republic of Korea as an Invited Researcher as well as to present his research findings as a Visiting Professor. He has published more than 70 research papers in reputed international research journals.
