N. Koteeswara Reddy

Koteeswara Reddy was born and grown up in a small village near to Chittoor district, Andhra Pradesh, India, in 1972. After completion of his primary school studies, he moved to Chittoor and joined in governmental college(s) for PUC cum graduation studies. He has obtained his graduation degree in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and his post-graduation degree in physics with electron and chemical physics as elective. After his doctoral studies at Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, he moved to the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, in 2004, and joined it as a Research Associate. Here, he involved in the development of various amorphous nonoxide chalcogenide glass beyond their glass-formation region using homebuilt twin-roller method. Further, he has moved to South Korea and then to Israel for postdoctoral studies and was majorly involved in the development of various nanostructures (simple as well as complex nanostructures) using different synthetic techniques and prototype devices. Recently, he joined as Scientists´ pool officer (CSIR, India) the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and worked on low-cost materials for cheaper PV devices. He has published more than 40 papers in peer-reviewed SCI journals and he also serves as a reviewer for more than 15 SCI journals.
