Nicholas G. Castle

Nicholas G. Castle obtained the Ph.D. degree in health policy and analysis from Penn State University, in 1994. He works as a Professor at the University of Pittsburgh, the Department of Health Policy and Management. He has authored over 150 publications in peer-reviewed journals and is currently working on 5 grant-funded initiatives. He serves on five editorial boards, including The Gerontologist, and is a Fellow of the Gerontological Society of America. He is currently examining staff turnover in nursing homes, the federal report card Nursing Home Compare, and nursing home administrator job satisfaction.
