Jianqin Zhuang received a Ph.D. degree in chemistry from Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China and is currently working at The College of Staten Island, City University of New York in New York City, NY. Her professional interests focus on the applications of advanced NMR techniques in catalysis, biophysics, and polymer fields. She has worked on the characterization of catalysts and mechanism of catalysis reaction. In addition, Dr. Zhuang has research experience in the dynamics of polymer, drug-protein interaction, and drug transport across the lipid membrane by NMR method. She has published approximately thirty publications in the scientific journals, including Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Journal of Catalysis and Applied Catalysis A: General, etc. Currently, her projects include the protein structure assignment and protein-protein interaction using NMR method and the structure characterization of molecule sieves.
