Yuji Aoki received his D.S. degree (1991) in experimental solid state physics from Hiroshima University, Japan. In 1991, he joined the Department of Physics, Tokyo Metropolitan University, Japan, as a Research Associate. Presently, he serves as Professor. He worked as a Research Fellow at ETH Hoenggerberg in Zurich, Switzerland (1998-1999). His research interests include low-temperature condensed-matter physics, especially on unconventional superconductivity and magnetism associated with f-electrons in strongly correlated electron systems.
