Ming Han

Ming Han received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1998 and 2000, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), Blacksburg, Va, USA, in 2006. From 2006 to 2008, he stayed at Virginia Tech working as a Research Associate in the Center for Photonics Technology. In 2008, Han joined the Department of Electrical Engineering of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Lincoln, Neb, USA, as an Assistant Professor. Professor Han has over 10 years of experience in the sensor area and his research in the fields of fiber-optic sensors, signal interrogation and processing, and sensor networks yields 28 refereed journal papers and 12 conference papers. Professor Han is a Senior Member of SPIE and a Member of OSA and IEEE.
