Jani Lappalainen

Jani Lappalainen studied physiology and exercise physiology, health sciences, biochemistry, and molecular biology. Dr. Lappalainen holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees and currently works as a Senior Scientist at Wihuri Research Institute and as a Lecturer at University of Eastern Finland, Finland. Dr. Lappalainen has supervised many M.S. and Ph.D. theses and is active in research with close to 50 peer-reviewed publications, with areas of expertise including physiology, especially exercise physiology, cell and molecular biology, and immunology.
