Frank Collins

Frank Collins, Ph.D., is currently serving as the Head of Structures Group, Department of Civil Engineering, Monash University. Before joining the Department in 2007, he worked as the Director of the international consulting engineering firm, AECOM. He established and managed AECOM's Advanced Materials Group. His research interests include improving sustainability of construction materials, alternative cement binders utilizing waste byproducts, fire resistance of concrete, concrete durability, service-life modeling and rehabilitation, construction materials, whole-life performance, and corrosion mitigation.
