Hsin-Hung Wu received his B.S. degree in industrial engineering from the Tunghai University (Taiwan) in June 1993, his M.S. degree in industrial and manufacturing systems engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington (USA) in December 1994, and his Ph.D. degree in industrial and systems engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (USA) in May 1998. Currently, he is a Full Professor at the Department of Business Administration in the National Changhua University of Education in Taiwan. Wu's research focuses on service quality, decision analysis, data mining, quality management, and applied statistics in the recent years. He has published more than a hundred journal papers since 1999, and he is a winner of the Outstanding Young Industrial Engineer Award issued by the Chinese Institute of Industrial Engineering (Taiwan) in 2008. In addition, Wu was the Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Quality (indexed in Engineering Index and Scopus) as a Focus Issue Editor in total quality management and business excellence from July 2010 to December 2011, an Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Quality from January 2012 to December 2012, an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Management and Sciences since January 2011, and an Editorial Board Member of the Australian Journal of Business and Management Review since April 2011. He has been also the winner of the Special Talent Award of the National Science Council in Taiwan since October 2010. Wu was, moreover, awarded the Individual Award of Quality Awards from the Chinese Society for Quality (Taiwan) in 2011, and he has become the IEDRC (International Economic Development and Research Center) Fellow since 2013.
