Hsin-Hung Wu

Dr. Hsin-Hung Wu received his BS degree in industrial engineering from Tunghai University (Taiwan) in June 1993, MS degree in industrial and manufacturing systems engineering from University of Texas at Arlington (USA) in December 1994, and Ph.D. degree in industrial and systems engineering from University of Alabama in Huntsville (USA) in May 1998. Currently, he is a full professor in Department of Business Administration at National Changhua University of Education in Taiwan. Dr. Wu's research focuses on service quality, decision analysis, data mining, quality management, and applied statistics in recent years. He has published more than one hundred journal papers since 1999 and is a recipient of Outstanding Young Industrial Engineer Award issued by the Chinese Institute of Industrial Engineering (Taiwan) in 2008. In addition, he was the editorial board member of Journal of Quality (indexed in Engineering Index and Scopus) as focus issue editor in total quality management and business excellence from July 2010 to December 2011, acts an associate editor of International Journal of Management and Sciences since January 2011, serves an editorial board member of Australian Journal of Business and Management Review since April 2011, and is a recipient of Special Talent Award of National Science Council in Taiwan since October 2010. Furthermore, he was awarded the Individual Award of Quality Awards from Chinese Society for Quality (Taiwan) in 2011 and is served as editor-in-chief for Journal of Quality since January 2012.
