Fu-Gui Shi

Fu-Gui Shi was born in Shuangyashan, Heilongjiang, China, in 1962. He received the B.S. degree from Mudanjiang Teachers College, Heilongjiang, and the M.S. and the Ph.D. degrees from Capital Normal University, Beijing, China, in 1985, 1988, and 2001, respectively. From 1987 to 1993, he worked as a teacher in Mudanjiang Teachers College. From 1993 to 1998, he served as a Professor in Yantai Normal University, Shandong, China. Since 2001, he has been working as a Professor in Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China. Shi is mainly interested in fuzzy topology, fuzzy matroid, and fuzzy convex spaces. He has been a Member of the Advisory Board of Iranian Journal of Fuzzy Systems (IJFS) and a Member of Editorial Committee of the Journal of Fuzzy Systems and Mathematics, Asian Journal of Fuzzy and Applied Mathematics, Journal of Advanced Studies in Topology, and so on.
