Jiing-Dong Hwang

Jiing-Dong Hwang was born in Tainan, Taiwan, R.O.C. in 1959. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Feng Chia University, Taichung, Taiwan in 1982 and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Yuan-Ze University at Chungli, Taiwan in 1993. He also received the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the Chung Yuan Christian University in 1997. He is presently an associate professor with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Jinwen University of Science and Technology, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. His main research interests lie in the area of Intelligent control, robust control, the dither problem, large-scale control, and power electronics.
